”I’ve always been motivated by improving things and driving change where I can make a real difference. At Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects that strengthen our business while helping us focus even more on creating great experiences for our customers, guests and visitors. Right now, we’re investing heavily in improving how we use data and analytics across our projects, products and different customer journeys.

We have an incredible amount of data across the organisation, and we’ve only just begun to turn it into valuable insights. And we’re not selling nuts and bolts, we’re creating experiences for people. That makes the data we work with both interesting and rewarding. Another advantage is our size. Few organisations have the same breadth as we do. We’re large enough to work on exciting, complex challenges, yet small enough to do much of the work ourselves.

There are great opportunities for personal development here. During my time at Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, I’ve continued my education alongside work, which has led to greater responsibilities and the opportunity to lead our Business Intelligence and Analytics initiatives. Change can certainly be challenging, but today we’re at a point where many people actively use our new analytics tools and truly see the value they create. I’m proud that we’re willing to try new things, and even prouder when we succeed.”
