It’s an environment unlike any other. I joined in 2007, when we still had just two towers. The energy, the variety… I loved it from day one.

My journey at Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers has been an incredible one. Hospitality was always the right path for me, but since starting in Reception I’ve had the opportunity to work in many different parts of the organisation. For a few years, I worked in sales, supporting exhibitors at our trade fairs. That role sparked my interest in exhibition design, so I moved into a new position where I learned to use AutoCAD.

Today, I manage our Planning team. We are responsible for creating the layout for every exhibition and event, as well as planning everything from stages and cafés to entrances and other event facilities. Having worked across different departments has given me a broader understanding of our business, our processes and how everything fits together. That perspective is invaluable in my role today.

The best part of my job is that we’re always working together to become even better. We continuously develop the way we work and embrace new ways of thinking, particularly in digital development and sustainability. It’s a dynamic and inspiring place to be.”
