”My role is to identify, assess and prioritise risks to ensure that the information at Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers is protected. I develop and implement strategies to reduce those risks while helping to build awareness of information security across the organisation. It’s incredibly rewarding to see that awareness continue to grow and to know that our work is making a real difference.

I’d describe myself as calm, methodical and goal-oriented. While my role is strategic, I also have a strong technical background. I’m a Certified Ethical Hacker, which means I have the skills to break into systems, but I use that expertise to protect our information and strengthen our security.

What I enjoy most is teaching and sharing knowledge. I love designing training programmes and leading hacking workshops with colleagues, all with the aim of building a strong culture of information security throughout the organisation.

After many years working as a consultant for different companies, it’s rewarding to be part of the business in a much deeper way. Being an employee gives me greater opportunities to influence how we work and contribute to our long-term development.
