”Sales and achieving results have always been strong motivators for me. Before joining Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, I spent many years in retail, working as both a Store Manager and a Visual Merchandiser.

Even though I’ve worked in sales for many years, the exhibition industry was completely new to me. It’s incredibly rewarding to continue developing professionally while also gaining insights into the many different industries we work with.

One of the most meaningful parts of my role is being able to present meeting places where the right people can connect in the right environment. Seeing how our exhibitions and events contribute to important conversations and decisions reminds me that what we do truly makes a difference.

No two days are the same. I spend much of my time building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, whether digitally or face to face. Together with my colleagues, I also dedicate a great deal of time to analysing past and upcoming events so we can continue to develop, improve and stay relevant.

From the outside, it’s difficult to imagine the scale of what happens here or everything that goes on behind the scenes to make our exhibitions and events possible. I’m impressed by how quickly and efficiently we work, and by the attention to detail that goes into every project. But none of it would be possible without the strong collaboration across the organisation. People listen to one another, respect each other’s time and expertise, and work together towards the same goal. Everything comes together under one roof, and we genuinely take care of one another.”

Malin, Sales Manager för mässorna Vitalis och Swedental, has been part of Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers since 2023.
