Photo-, film- and audiopolicy

As a Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre visitor or participant you may be photographed, filmed or be part of an audio recording, such as in mingle pictures or overview photos. As an individual, you will not be photographed, filmed or recorded, as the main focus in a picture, without a contract or consent. We document our events in various ways to inform about our activities, e.g. on websites, in newsletters and printed materials. This documentation is based on the juridical basis of legitimate interest. If you perceive a photo, video or audio recording to be inappropriate, please contact us at [email protected]. For exhibitors, speakers or organisers, there may be contracts regulating the use of photo, film and audio.
