When You Apply With Us
We want you to feel confident in our recruitment process when applying for a position with us. Our focus is on finding the right candidate with the right skills based on the requirements of the role, and we strive to make our assessments as objective and fair as possible.
Here, you can learn more about how we work with recruitment.
Our recruitment processes may vary slightly depending on the role. Below are some examples of the selection methods we use:
- Screening questions / CV review
- Occupational personality and aptitude tests
- Competency-based interview
- Work sample or skills test
- Reference checks
Our open positions are advertised on our website and on other platforms such as LinkedIn and the Swedish Public Employment Service. To make sure you don’t miss any opportunities, we recommend subscribing to job alerts via our website.
What a Recruitment Process May Look Like
- Once you have submitted your application, we make an initial selection based on the knowledge and experience requirements set for the role. We welcome your CV and sometimes a cover letter, but in most cases we ask you to answer a few screening questions relevant to the position you are applying for.
- We review all applications we receive, and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. In some cases, we work with continuous selection, which means the position may be filled before the application deadline.
- We then usually invite selected candidates to a first interview. Sometimes we send out an assessment test at the beginning of the process, and sometimes after the first interview. You can read more below about the tests we use. In the next step, typically 2–3 candidates proceed to a second interview and reference checks.
- If you are the candidate offered the position, we will of course first have a dialogue about salary, terms of employment, and start date.
Competency-Based Interview
A competency-based interview means that we focus on clearly defined competencies throughout the recruitment process. For example, if the role requires strong project management skills or strong customer focus, the interview will focus on those areas.
Our aim is to identify who has the best conditions to succeed in the role, while assessing all candidates in an objective and fair manner.
Occupational Assessment Tests:
We use two different tests. Your responses are matched against the requirement profile for the role you are applying for. There are no “right” or “wrong” personalities – the tests simply help us gain a deeper understanding of you than we can through an interview alone.
- Matrigma measures logical problem-solving ability and the capacity to handle situations where you cannot rely on previous education or experience – skills that are valuable in working life. Because it is non-verbal, the test is less sensitive to cultural differences. It challenges your ability to identify patterns, solve problems quickly, and fill in gaps where information is missing.
- MAP (Measuring and Assessing Individual Potential) maps personality traits and matches them to the requirements of the role. Different roles require different strengths and abilities, and personality assessments help us better understand a candidate’s potential to both perform in the role and thrive in our company culture.
Work Sample / Skills Test
In some cases, we ask candidates to complete a work sample to demonstrate how they would handle a specific task central to the role. These assignments are limited in scope and are often part of the second interview. We aim for work samples to be completed on-site and not require extensive preparation.
And Finally
Each selection method represents a step in the recruitment process. A recruitment process may include one, several, or all of the steps described above.
We want you to know where you are in the process, what is happening next, and whether you have progressed to the next stage. As soon as we have information to share, we will contact you by email or phone.
If you have any questions during the process, please contact the person responsible for the recruitment (details can be found in the job advertisement). We are happy to answer your questions and tell you more about what we offer as an employer, so that you can also decide whether we are the right workplace for you.
We always strive to ensure that the process is as efficient and professional as possible.
We warmly welcome your application!
