Before making a one-off payment for the Service, you must ensure that you have the necessary equipment, systems and connectivity to be able to use the Service as intended. However, compliance with these system requirements does not guarantee that you will always be able to watch the Service without any interruptions, transmission errors and similar. You accept that the availability of the Service may be affected by e.g. website overload on the Internet or by some other network, ISP, electronic, computer or other communication problem or error, and that SMGT is not responsible for any restrictions on the use of the Service caused by such overload or such problems and/or errors.
You undertake not to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of SMGT’s products, services, or anything else belonging to SMGT, to any third party in violation of these General Terms and Conditions.
