Meet Fredrik and Josefine
At Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, we have the privilege of working with some of the industry’s top talents. Two of them are Fredrik Andersson and Josefine Pagander. With outstanding achievements and a humble approach to their craft, they inspire both current and future colleagues throughout the organisation.

Fredrik, who spent eight years with the Swedish National Culinary Team and won gold at the Culinary World Cup in 2018, returned to Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers as Culinary Executive Chef in 2022. His passion for sustainable gastronomy and his ambition to develop the dining experience together with his team make him an important part of what we create within food and beverage.
Josefine is a member of the Swedish National Pastry Team and was named Pastry Chef of the Year in 2022. The same year, she joined us as Head Pastry Chef, responsible for the entire pastry experience under our roof. Josefine continues to make her mark and was awarded Pastry Chef’s Pastry Chef in 2024. In spring 2025, she and her pastry colleague Rebecca were selected to join the Swedish National Culinary Team. Josefine thrives in the dynamic and varied environment we offer – from large-scale banquets to refined dessert creations where every detail matters.
